The Siesta 1 building in Puerto Alcudia features a beautiful landscaped garden with extensive lawns and palm trees and a lovely children’s playground. The pool with easy access has a separate children’s section. The reception is attended 24h by English-speaking staff. Both at the entrance to the building and on the exit to the pool area you have a comfortable disabled ramp access.

Apartments in Siesta 1 can be legally rented to tourists from May to October through the official agency (Puerto Bello SL). Within this period, you can choose when and for how long you want to rent your property. You can block as many weeks as you like for you, your family and friends. You’ll be handed over the apartment clean and prepared with fresh linen and towels. As you leave, Puerto Bello staff will clean up after you and prepare the apartment for the next visitors at no extra cost. This option is only available in Siesta 1 and provides a good possibility to pay for part of your credit or to earn some extra money. Any period over 2 months isn’t considered holiday letting and can be done without license.
