When you and your family arrive at the apartment or house you want to start your holiday straight away.
You will want to buy the basics, the children will want to visit the pool, you need to know what the resort offers, where the best beaches are, where to eat and drink, where the shopping centres and markets are, security advice with emergency numbers, so with our English speaking personal attendant you can get everything needed to start enjoying your holidays immediately.
He will meet you at an agreed meeting point, hand the apartment keys to you and answer any question. Here are some of the frequently asked questions.
The letting procedure
- Does it take long to book one of your properties?
It is a quick process if you have your flight arrangements ready. - How long does it take to get an answer to my enquiry?
We receive a SMS notification of your enquiry and we answer either by phone or e-mail within minutes or at the latest a couple of hours later. - Can I use English in my emails or telephone calls?
Yes and you receive all information, Booking confirmation, etc. in English.
Availability
- How do I get confirmation about availability for the dates requested?
You can check the Availability calendar at the bottom of the property information, but you can always inquire by e-mail or phone to get personal confirmation from us.
The payments
- Is this apartment an affordable choice?
We are offering some of the best properties in Mallorca. They are good value for money. - How can I trust you will provide the services offered?
We make a commitment with you and submit our Booking Confirmation form with all the apartment details and our full address, telephone numbers and the name of the person to contact. Additionally, we can provide, upon request, the name of the local bank manager for you to contact and inquire about the accountability of our services. You can additionally check our client’s referrals. - How do I send the 25% deposit?
You can send it by bank transfer or by cheque posted to our address. The Bank account details or our ordinary mail address is provided to you as soon as you decide to book the property. - Do I get a receipt or written confirmation for my deposit?
As soon as the money is in our account, we sumbit by email a printable Booking confirmation form which is also a receipt for your deposit. - When do I pay the balance?
For accommodation in the high season months (June, July, August, Sept.) we request the balance (75%) to be paid on or before 30 days prior to the arrival date (example: For a booking for two weks in July arriving on July 14th, payment of the balance should be made on or before June 14th). For accommodation on other months, the balance is paid in cash on your arrival. - Can I pay in Pounds Sterling or just in Euros?
We prefer to be paid in Euros to avoid additional bank charges and fees, but if exchanging GBP into Euros has not been possible, we accept payment in Pounds Sterling.
The property
- Is a two bedroom apartment big enough to accommodate 5 or 6?
Our two bedroom apartments are equipped with beds for four persons and one or two extra beds (bed-settee and/or portable bed). We can also supply a baby cot if requested, for a small addional fee. - Is this apartment/house the best choice for us?
We have apartments and houses for rent in Mallorca of different sizes to accommodate all parties:- Studios for one, two or three persons

- What happens if we do not like the apartment or the building?
We make every effort to supply full information about our properties and the surroundings and will answer all your questions about quality, kind of property, furniture and fittings, equipment, building features, etc. In case the property booked would not be acceptable, we will offer a similar property if available. - Do I get a bonus by referring this apartment to my friends and family?
If any of your friends or family books an apartment with us by referral from you, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your next holiday with us. Alternatively you may wish to give this bonus to your friend/family who will receive this 10% discount. - Is there a supermarket or groceries near the apartment/house?
There is a small supermarket in the Siesta Apartments complex (open April to October) and a big supermarket just behind the Lake Placid building. For other locations please check with us.
