In addition to the property sales and rental department, which is our main business, we offer our sound legal advisory service, which is available through a group of selected associated lawyers, valuers, solicitors, property administrators, tax and finance consultants, who will explain in simple language whatever may seem complicated to our customers.

Our services also include full legal advice before and after the purchase and this includes dealing with the legal conveyance of the property they may have purchased themselves (not through Alcudia Link) from a builder or another estate agent in Majorca.

We make all the small print larger and easier to understand. It may sound risky to buy your dream home in the sun but we give you freedom of choice all the way.

If requested, we meet our clients at their arrival at the Palma airport, take them along to their hotel/apartment and help them to get acquainted with the island and the local area where they are interested to view property.

Financing

In order to make home buying in Majorca as easy and trouble-free as possible, we provide information and help our clients to finance the purchase of property either through local Spanish banks like Bancaja or Spanish banks merged with British banks like Barclays or with offices in UK, like Solbank and the Banco Santander sister bank to Royal Bank of Scotland.

Mortgages can be obtained to an average 70% of the estimated value of the property and for a maximum term of 30 years.

We additionally help our clients to open bank accounts in Majorca from UK or elsewhere if requested.
